Matteo來自一個靠近Verona的村莊,那裡以稻米(Vialone Nano)生產聞名. 他在Verona 的廚藝學校(Ipssar Angelo Berti)學習達五年之久. 經過義大利與歐洲各式各樣餐廳的洗禮之後, 他在2001年抵達了台北. 除了擅長北義料理, Matteo 亦精於義大利其他區域的美食, 能滿足顧客挑剔的味蕾.

Matteo was born near Verona in a village very famous for its rice production(Vialone Nano) and he studied cooking school(Ipssar Angelo Berti)for 5 years in Verona. After various experiences of restaurants in Italy and Europe, he arrived in Taipei in 2001. His specialty is northern Italy cuisine, but if you have particular requests for other italian regions, he can also satisfy your palate.
